At Curious Objects by Amen Wardy, each piece is crafted with intention, precision, and exceptional materials. Due to the limited and collectible nature of our objects, we maintain a considered return policy.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from wear, damage, or alteration
  • Returned with all original packaging, including:
    • Dust bags
    • Tags
    • Protective materials
    • Gift boxes (if included)

Items that do not meet these standards may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • One-of-one objects
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:

    • Clear photos of the item
    • Photos of packaging

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using:
    • Trackable shipping
    • Insurance

Curious Objects is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, we may:

  • Issue a partial refund, or
  • Return the item to you at your expense

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

This fee may be waived at our discretion for:

  • Exchanges
  • Store credit

Store Credit Option

We offer store credit as an alternative to refunds.

Luxury Packaging Requirement

All items must be returned with original packaging in resalable condition.

Missing or damaged packaging may result in:
