At Curious Objects by Amen Wardy, every order is prepared with precision and care. Each object is inspected, packaged, and dispatched to meet the highest standards of presentation and protection.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.


Shipping Methods

We ship using premium carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (international orders)

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email upon dispatch.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Curious Objects is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure location
  • Using a delivery address where someone can receive the package

If needed, we will assist in initiating a carrier claim.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.


Shipping Delays

Curious Objects is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect address information

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
